Capsized under the name DN31 after collision with chemical/oil products tanker Crystal Topaz near Berendrechtlock, Antwerp late evening 08/12/2010. 3 crewmen were confirmed dead. Later on repaired at the Dutch shipyard "De Schroef", and renamed Pieter Coecke in 2011.
