Built in 1923 as a sailing ship, in 1940 all ships were injected because the outbreak of WWII.
sailed to Terneuzen, at the end of the war, the Germans tried to take the ships, but she was struck on Dinteloord during bad weather.

She was only removed half a year later with a floating crane and came again in the service, but was first used for other purposes, e.g. transport evacuees with their household goods
