In November 2011, still sailing as Athens Gas, she had an engine failure being underway to the Bahamas
She was towed to Kingston (Jamaica) on 27/11/11 and detained in port, the crew abandoned the vessel because they weren't paid

On 01/03/12, being towed by the North (IMO: 9380647) to New Orleans, her lines broke off due the bad weather and the vessel was stranded near Kingston

she remained there until 2018, scrapped at unknown location
