As Matterhorn she was enroute and been diverted to Brest, on May 26, 2009 after a suspicion of pollution.
Her owner was in big trouble, he has never been able to pay the exorbitant bail and prefered to abandon the ship.

She was left there until July 2012 the destruction of the ship has been ordered by a court and she was towed from Brest to Bordeaux to be scrapped
