Converted between 2012- 2015 into a livestock carrier

On 06/10/2015, moored at the pier Vila do Conde in Barcarena, Brazil, the Haidar with 5000 cows onboard capsized.
Thousands of cattle drowned, while a few hundred succeeded to escape from the water trap and sailed to the shore.

The cargo ship capsized to portside and touched the bottom a few minutes after arrival at the port, due to movement of the livestock on board and increasing the list.

The crew on board succeeded to abandon the cargo ship before capsizing and all are without injuries.
